Creative vs Competitive

The best sales tool you have is to show that your value far exceeds the price you are charging so it is up to you to find out what problems your customers or clients are experiencing and let them know that you have the solution. It is funny how far down the order of importance price is, if you can genuinely solve someones problems.

The best way to do this, is to profile your perfect customer and work out what problems they would have that you can solve.

Everyone seems to be strapped for time, so anything that you can offer as a business that saves them time will be a winner.

What can you add to your service or product that will save your customer time?

If for example you sell flat pack furniture, can you offer an assembly service? If you run a mechanic shop, can you offer “We’ll get you to work” service. If you coach businesses, how does your service save them time etc.. You get the idea. These simple things will give you a point of difference and even if you are a few pounds dearer I guarantee that you will get the business.

Digital Signage Solutions

Digital signage is used to inform and persuade, and these are being installed in public spaces all over the world. While traditionally, retail and transit systems have used this, increasingly, campuses, government institutions and corporations are finding their own ways to benefit from this increasingly affordable technology.

Companies use digital signage to welcome visitors, to show meeting schedules, or to tell employees what’s for lunch. It also has creative uses. For example, universities can remind students that registration for classes ends tomorrow, or then, they can be directed to an interactive touchscreen to find their way around campus.

As the day comes to a close, screens in your facility might show local weather and traffic so that people can plan their commutes efficiently. What you show using such systems, is only limited by what you can imagine and create.

Digital signage has several benefits. Some of them are:

  • The screens are bright and show motion
  • You can deliver breaking news in real-time
  • You can display multiple messages and images on a screen at once
  • You can change what’s on the screen throughout the day
  • It is cheaper than print for large audiences
  • Digital signage is better than print as the

Ball Mills in the Energy Industry

The primary technological facilities for making use of this new technology are: equipment for ultra-fine milling (ball mills), and the supplementary equipment for supplying and combustion of coal. Technical designs for the supplementary equipment have been developed, which are essential for wheeling-out the new technology (muffle furnace apparatus, input nozzles for the coal dust, accelerating devices for igniting the primary fuel mixtures, feeders for fuel discharge, hoppers for storage, and so forth). Factories able to manufacture the new supplementary equipment already exist in Russia. The last-mentioned also produces milling equipment, and specifically ball mills for ultra-fine milling processes.

This new technology is low-cost, with a short return-on-investment cycle which will hit break-even in no more than 2 to 3 years. The additional financing costs are in producing the ultra-fine ground coal (the purchase of ball mill machinery) – the additional machinery also has a short investment payback cycle due to the economics of the fuel supply industry.

The new Plasma-fuel technology has now passed the final stages of certification – for pilot industrial use. This allows assessment of the risks of the new technology – and if required, it can be further honed to optimise its operation prior to finalising …

Future State of Manufacturing

As our population increases land will become more valuable, forcing manufacturers to practice Lean in order to reduce their operating expense. One major challenge in Lean is that automation is not designed for the changeovers that come with JIT scheduling. This means much of the labor still needs to be done by people. In 2015, the manufacturing industry in the USA alone had 600,000+ unfulfilled jobs, despite having nearly 8 million people unemployed.

This is a current problem, and will continue to grow if the skilled labor deficit issue isn’t addressed. Robot manufacturers are aware of this, and have been attempting to make A.I. platforms and rapid teach pads to reduce changeover time. Some are even making their robots have personalities to help blend into the workforce. Robots are a great way to make people more efficient, but they still require a human’s involvement. This interaction requires knowledge.

Manufacturing is a very competitive industry. Companies all over the world are continuously working to improve their tactics to shave seconds off their labor. We as consumers demand it. Introducing a fleet of robots is a scary investment when your margins are already tight. In order to take such a risk one …

Online Business Directories

Want to know how online business directories work?

The concept of online directories is actually a pretty simple one. Online directories are very similar to the printed Yellow Pages in the real world, only these listings are only online. (Actually Yellow Pages.com is now also one of the biggest online directories as well.)

An online business directory is just a listing place for a number of websites. Any type of website could be listed in an online directory. Some online directories are huge and cover every topic that someone could create a website for, while others are very small and specific to a specific niche. This means that online directories will direct you to just about any website that you want to find. All you have to do is perform a search in the online directory for a specific topic, or browse through the various categories until you find the type of websites you are looking for. When you perform a search you will be given a list of all of the websites that relate to your search term. You will be presented with a number of links to these websites and each link will have a short description of …

Using Rapid Prototyping

Go for speed

At first, it’s not a good idea to get the perfect parts. Just go for what is good enough. What you need to do is get the maximum number of off-the-shelf parts. Actually, it’s faster, cheaper and gives you the freedom to change the parts when required. If possible, you may want to go for items with short lead-times and variety.

Critical parts

When using off-the-shelf components, you will find custom pieces as well. Fabricating these pieces yourself is also a good idea. Actually, this is the fastest way. You can also tweak them as you find out that your initial design was not the best one. For these parts, using rapid prototyping methods is not a good idea. At this phase, you don’t need to make custom injection parts, especially if rapid prototyping components get you what you want.

Robustness

As far as rapid prototyping goes, nothing is worse than ignoring something that is part of your learning process. If you think that you may need a stronger component, you should take steps to make it happen. At this point, you should not worry about cost, design or simplicity. You can take care of that later …

Start A Business With Little To No Money

Brainstorm ideas prioritizing low overhead

Low overhead refers to the cost to start and run a business. Learning to cut the fat is a business concept that will be used throughout your entrepreneurial career no matter how successful you become financially. You always want cost to decrease and profits to increase over time. If you already have an idea, how can you start and maintain your business for the least amount of money? Maybe the question is not how, but can you? Consider writing a budget listing your start up and maintenance expenses just as you would personally. Include the place of business, legal expenses to start a business, supplies, transportation, etc. Brainstorm ideas that makes these costs lower.

If you don’t have a pre-existing business idea you may want to explore low overhead businesses. Many are independent contractors in the service industry. This is how I began in business ownership, as the owner of a housekeeping company. If you plan to sell products low overhead solutions are to have pop-up stores or kiosks to begin, sell door to door or online. Multi-level marketing companies are often low start up cost and little to maintain. Do your research.

We Do Neuromarketing

Importance of Eye Gazing:

The importance of eye gazing is that when ad include people are very much more efficient than those that do not. In particular, images and videos that which has certain characteristic include babies tends to attract longer and more focused attention from potential hearing. Vendors have long attempted to promote sales for baby products using close ups of charming baby faces – with the help of eye tracking technology they can distinguish that this alone is not enough.

Using effective packaging is all important for a particular mark to draw in users. The marketer has always recognized that it’s not always what’s inside that all compute, but Neuro-imaging has conduct to convey this to a whole new stage. Trade names such as Campbell’s and Frito-Lay have used Nero-imaging to their promotion. Customers were shown packaging with their replying it recorded as positive, negative or neutral. The researcher also noted that clients had a negative reaction to some shiny packaging, but didn’t exhibit a negative response to packaging when it was slow. Plan The Best Events Possible

Find a Venue.

You need to figure out how many people are going to come to your event. Then you will have to find a place that is large enough to accommodate everyone with extra space for whatever you will do. For instance for a dinner you will need extra space for tables and chairs maybe even a dance area. Or if you are holding a conference you will need the space for a stage and then the additional seats that will be needed. I will use a Conference as an example for the rest of the article. Or any other event that will hold a large number of people in one place. Or a small number if that’s what you want.

Get An Estimate

When you have found the venue that you want keep several like it around as options. Then contact the office of the place and tell them what you want and how. They will give you a rough estimate of what it will cost. Then you can either rent the audio and visual equipment yourself or the company may be willing to rent them out to you for a small fee or price.

Remember you always …

Remote Tech Support for a Small Business

Choosing the provider

It’s not a good idea to take this decision without thinking a lot. You should take your time to do the research and look for the right company. The provider should have good reputation and a support plan that won’t break the bank.

Considering in-house tech support

A dedicated IT staff can help a lot provided you take into account all the important factors, such as the company size, tech challenges, and your internal and external needs related to your customers.

Considering hybrid solutions is also a great idea where you can bring a professional to handle critical issues. For other projects, you can use a remote IT support team. For instance, you can use this team to take care of emergency issues.

Investing in good software

Your business may have more than one location. Your commitments may be time-sensitive and your deliverables may be complex. Your customers or clients may be diverse with needs that keep on changing.

To meet these needs, you need to buy a reliable remote app in order to offer support to each of your client. The same app can be used by your staff to get access to important data as …
